New present in the mail

So scarrrry! Elmo flipped on his side and started giggling and vibrating and James didn't like this toy anymore that was going to get him.
I guess he's ok as long as mama is next to me. Nice Elmo. Now in between fits of laughter from the toy James pushes it over trying get it to turn on again. Thanks Brooke, Jeff, and Emma! I'm sure I will hear Elmo laughing over and over and over again once he figures out how to make it work. ; )

The Cake

James' first cake. It was an apple spice cake. Yum! The only sugar that was in it was honey and maple syrup (you know, the real kind).
Can you tell he liked it? Ate it and smooshed it all over the place.

Can you believe its been a year? Sniff, Sniff. Our boy is growing so fast. He just got walking down and now he is trying to run?!?!? He also has learned the art of opening doors. Now there definately is a toilet seat lock on the toilet. Lets see how long it takes him to notice he has free access to the bathroom and find him in there flushing the toilet. Haha!
